ntRealty grew out of New Territory DOO, the company we founded in 2006 after moving to Montenegro in 2005. The name still fits: for many of our clients, this is genuinely new territory — a fresh chapter in their lives.

First Conversation

Usually a phone, WhatsApp, or video call — sometimes just fifteen minutes, sometimes an hour. We listen carefully, answer every question, and help you understand how buying or selling here actually works — not just legally, but practically.

Curated Shortlist

We prepare a considered selection of properties that fit your goals, plus one or two that may broaden your perspective. You’ll always understand why each option was chosen.

Due Diligence and Purchase

We coordinate with your lawyer and notary, manage checks and valuations where needed, and advise on the practicalities — money transfer, local procedures, all of it. Most buyers purchase without finance, but if lending is needed we’ll explain what’s realistic before you commit.

After Completion (optional services)

For those who’d like ongoing help, we can arrange utilities in your name, assist with interiors and furnishing, and our rental team can find and manage long-term tenants. These are separate services — offered simply because they make life easier.

For Sellers

Sell your property with confidence

While much of our work focuses on helping people buy well, we also help owners sell efficiently and with care. Every sale is handled by us personally. We keep communication open, resolve problems quickly, and stay involved until the keys are exchanged — and often beyond.
